I hate to say it, but telling Real you are going to contact the BBB would be pretty pointless. Most of their 'customer service' reps are outsourced through India and they have no idea what the BBB is.

Complaining to the BBB IS a good idea, however your best bet is to just go ahead and do it. Like I said, threatening to do it will just fall on deaf ears and confusion.
