this post says that all the other sites have been sent the updated version of the game and even lists Real specifically. (See the section in bold.)
I'm afraid you may not have much luck with them now that you have canceled your membership. However, I would suggest that you continue to email their customer support, and inform them that you KNOW they HAVE received the updated version (include the link to the official notice here, if you wish) and have paid for the game and will not give up until you have received what you paid for. You may want to let them know that you know you do have the right to contact the Better Business Bureau, etc. etc. Aside from that, there isn't really much to be done, unless you want to purchase the game directly from LDW.
However, if what you had was a monthly subscription type membership, in which you do not individually purchase games but are allowed play time during the membership, there is really nothing you can do but purchase the game.
Edit: Oops, Sorry Heather. I missed your reply. If Heather is helping you out, maybe there is something going on with that particular site. Better wait and see what she finds out.
