Esther, before you do anything else, make sure to back up those savegame files, so that nothing will happen to your families while we sort this out. If you don't know how to do that, look here.

Once your games are safely backed up, then we can start working on fixing this. Could you tell me exactly what you did to try to create the extra user account and games? Is there a specific post that you used to help you?
