I's not just upgrades that improve health, but also activities. My favorites are working out and quick workout. I especially use them for after illnesses (along with fruits) to raise health quickly. The treadmill is awesome for a health boost. The only bathroom activity I praise is "checking weight." I'm not a believer in organics for health, though. Here's one of my current little peeps, trained to walk or run on the treadmill and workout often (no organics unless on sale:)
