I keep getting this access viotation error message. Then the games shuts down. I have .05 installed.

There are many different causes for access violations, though, and without knowing the error code and details, we can only offer general advice. The one *Vanna linked to is the most common, so that's a good place to start. Also, some viruses and spyware frequently cause access violations, so a thorough check with a spyware program (such as SpyBot or Adaware) and an anti-virus program are recommended, as well.
