I purchased Virtual Families through Wild Tangent. They still seem to only have version 001. I tried to reload it the other day and it still has the very first version. Have they been provided with the update?

1.00.05 was sent to all of the game sites at the same time it was released here, but we don't control when they make it available to their customers. The only way to determine the status of the update at a particular site is to contact them.

Thanks, Barbara. I had checked with them when I first saw this post about an upgrade. In an e-mail reply, they told me they would research it. That's been several weeks ago. I'll check with them again.

The Wild Tangent update is available now, although I still haven't figured out quite how to get it. I gather it needs to be re-downloaded. I'm not going to because I've been told I will lose my families.
