Has anyone seen a quote shoot across their screen that says something like this: "learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow"? I was trying to hit the 'details' button while in a home so I could see what my little man did for a career choice and I dont know what happened. Out of no-where the sentence popped up across the screen. Right in the dark blue box above the "name/age/action/status/money" bar. It was obviously too long for the words to fit in the box, so it floated on top of it. Just curious.. am I the only one?

I had something similar once. One of my members of my first family was working. She suddenly flew across from the kitchen to the left hand corner of the garden. In that little bar appeared 'There is more to life than making money'

No more workaholics in my families lol.

There are a couple of pixels left over from the VV3 mask (which you clicked to get game tips). If you click exactly the right place, you can get the VF tips, too.

Well, I don't know about Arletta's flying family member, but I do know that those messages aren't meant to be in any of the boxes. They're little tips/hints/messages about the game that pop up when you click in just the right spot over the 'D' in Detail.

The dark blue box that Pam referred to is the player comm area - exactly where the random tips will display.

Oh... right. Heh. Sorry, too used to the Dark Interface Mod, I guess.
