So what is up with the red wheel under the table in the workroom? Anything or just something else to drive me to distraction? I get the biggest kick out of my families. My husband teases me each night when I put them to bed.

What I see that could be "red wheels" are actually the stools that they sit on while they work in the workshop. Could that be what you are seeing?

I have seen that under the table too. I just didn't know what it was. I have even put my little family members on it to see if it did anything.

My son visited tonight and called my name and I said, "just a minute, I've got to put my family to bed." I heard him say, "what did she just say?" My daughter explained to him that I've been a VV addict for about a week now. LOL

I can't believe that I'm this involved with a game!

I believe that the little red wheel under the table in the center of the workroom is the crank (see the little handles) that makes the blade of the table-saw move up or down. grin

I know! grin Amazing isn't it? When I get up in the morning I have to fight the urge to check on them and see that everyone is doing well, how much they've aged overnight, check their food supplies etc. I can never hold out for too long thought! LOL

Same here. Every morning I'll check on my peeps and make sure they've got enough food, aren't sick, or have any other problems before I leave for work. I've reset my alarm clock so I get up a quarter of an earlier than before, but often take more than 15 minutes, ending up rushing to get ready in time.

As soon as I get home from work I'll check on them again, then, just before going to bed myself, I'll make sure they're safely tucked in for the night. sleep

Hooked on VF? Moi? whistle

Do you think we should form a support group for those of us addicted to VF? grin LOL My husband just roles his eyes at me now when I start talking to the computer and he realises that I'm talking to my little peeps. LOL

Wow, I was being to think that I was the only one checking on my little peeps to make sure that they have everything that they needed. I am now at the point were I dash in from work boot up the pc and then speak to my "real family". My dog has now taken to sit right beside me when I am taking care of my peeps. smile

NOT that I'm an addict of these games, but I have tribes running in VV2; VV3; and of course VF! I do have a tribe running in VV1 but it has been on autopilot for several months now. Morning routine?

Roll out of bed, turn on computer, open all three games, check to make sure Villagers don't need anything, check the VF store to see if there's anything I need/want to buy, check all family members health, assign family members/villagers to various tasks, turn off computer and totter down the hall for coffee and a start to my day! laugh

The best view of the object under the table with the red wheel is in Level 1. It looks to me like it could be an acetylene tank for welding. I'm only up to a Level 2 upgrade and I haven't had any welders, so I'm just guessing. confused

I'm not sure but I think the red wheel under the table is to raise and lower the saw blade on the table saw. At least that's how my table saw works.

I figured it had to be the crank for the blade, since my father owns one of those tables and I used to watch him use it when I was a little girl (just like the kids in the game). blush laugh
