Every time I pay $50 for the house and lawn care service I find my house messier then ever and the lawn full of weeds! ARG!

I don't use those services because, unless your people actual pick up the stuff and pull the weeds, there is no advancement toward trophies. Besides, it gives my people, especially kids, something to do besides write on the wall and bang dishes.

I've already got all the cleaning trophies. It takes so long to clean and weed. I mean, they pick up one item at a time. Which I can't stand. Who carries just one sock at a time, I ask you? It should be that when you put them on one, they then pick up every single one they can see on their way back to the washing machine. Same with wrappers and weeds.

Does scolding them for writing on the walls and banging dishes even work? They are the only two things I think that I've needed to use the red hand for and so far only on the twins.

Yeah, that's why I try to get them to have as many kids as possible. I wish I'd get someone who loves running already. I got someone who hated it, but not loved it.

I'll admit though, once they're that age it's hard to not just kill them off by playing with the clock - and I'll admit I've done that so I can skip to the next generation. It means a bigger mess, but dang it, they're so slow at 50 and it takes so long for them to even clean a cobweb I can't take it.

Jami, I've had two runners. It's funny when they're making babies, because they're usually done before their mate makes it to the bed. LOL!!! They can still make babies that way though.

I got the random event to pay them $50 to pick up everything, so I did. It said "in no time your house is spic and span" or whatever. I click "ok" and GAH! LO AND BEHOLD! There is a SOCK right there under that message.

Someone is going to get fired!
