OH OH OH OH I GOT THE BEST IDEA!!!! (TYPES IN CAPS CAUSE IDEA IS SO GOOD) THE BEST RANDAM EVENT EVER! MAKE IT SO OUT OF THE BLUE A PERSON CAN START RUNNING DOESN'T MATTER WHAT AGE!
