Either beginning or master salary would be great for me. Simsane and I were looking at the salaries from two different perspectives to give us a clearer picture of how things work. I'm looking at the pay scales and how they vary (or don't vary) from job to job, rather than looking at each particular job. I only pay attention to job title when it falls outside the most common pay scales highlighted in bold in my post above.
