what does it look like when you give birth to twins/triplets? does the mother hold the 2/3 of them?

I finally got my first set of triplets and the mom holds all 3! Sorry, haven't mastered the screenshots yet!

My first mother had triplets, I was amazed she could fix a leaky sink while holding all three of them!
