I have tried using the perfume/cologne on peeps just before babymaking to put them in the moood. I am not sure if it helps or not, as sometimes they get a baby and sometimes not, so don't know if that actually increases their chances. Any thoughts on this?

I've had it go either way. But I think it cuts down on the arguing. I had a couple who had been fighting about it for a while, then I used one of the bottles and they went to the bedroom without any fuss.

That's a question I was going to raise - what's the cologne REALLY for? I mean, is it some visible effect (like an improvement on their mood, or fertility?) Does anyone know?

Did you give the cologne to both of them at the same time? I'll try it and see if I can get the triplets then, who knows?

I had that doubt about the cologne because when you use it they go and celebrate their wedding. But when they are finished they go do something else, like their usual labours. I was thinking how long (and if) they could be under the cologne's influence. It seems they just celebrate, and the next action (even if it's trying babies) they do without any influence of the cologne. I don't know if I made myself clear there, it's kinda difficult to put into words. Oh, but the baby boost does work for me. Every time they try a baby and don't succeed I get the doctors appointment, apply baby boost and they always have babies after that. If it's all but coincidence, that I do not know.

If it's all but coincidence, that I do not know. I could be wrong about this, but I think if you give the baby boost as a result of a doctor recommendation, it may work better than if you just give it to them without consulting the doctor first. At least it seems to work that way in my games.

Thanks Jenny!!!
I'll do that on my next generation! As soon as they get married, here I go with my big needle after them! *evil laugh*
They'll have the best honeymoon ever and the triplets will come! *crossing fingers!*

That's how I got my triplets, but I've done the same thing again many times and haven't been even lucky enough to have twins!

Ok, that's what happened...
I've just started a new generation (my 9th).
Everything was just fine: the heir of the house was Piccolo, a very nice young man with curly blonde hair and a grunge style. He got married with the first girl - not a perfect match, but a very nice girl, Janis, who has coloured hair.
They had dinner, I applied baby boost on both of them, then they were all perfumed (applied on both too) and the moment for trying to make a baby came.
Everything was perfect, from the preparation to the bedsheets. I even stopped with my finger of "print screen" for the moment and
....
NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!
Not even a single child!!!!
And worse - I had a doctor's appointment for both after that and no need for baby boost (maybe because I had already applied it, don't know)
I'm about to weep.... *laughs*
I'll try again in about 30 minutes and see what happens, but that was really frustrating.
Please, words of support, please... *laughs*

I just used perfume because my person has not been getting marriage proposals and she's a bit blue. after the perfume was applied, her action said celebrating marriage, but she did not get married??
