I think prostar might be referring to the version being developed for iPhone/iPod Touch - the screenshots in the announcement show that version number. So far as I know there's no version 1.00.06 for Windows/Mac (at least yet).

If or when a new version is released I expect an announcement will be made, in the same way as for version 1.00.05.
