It's so frustrating, you're waiting for something truly useful to appear in the store in the varied items section and practically an entire generation of little people die before it ever shows. Isn't there a way to speed this process up or what do you have to do in order to have certain things like duct tape, floor and wall repair, or the fountain pump to show up?

Patience! There's no need to complete all the repairs within a couple of hours of starting the game.

i think its cool. u wait and wait and wait and then FINALLY it shows up! throw a party woohoo! there is i dont know how many generations to wait for it! im on 4! i cant wait to see how long i can get my family tree

I was able to complete most of my repairs in all my families by the third generation but one. I didn't get to repair last floor crack until my fifth generation. But boy was the spam guard available often enough! Also my very first floor repair reappeared damaged within 5 minutes of the repair. I left that family to check on second family, and when I returned I received a popup stating that an earthquake had caused minor damage to my house and,...poof, that crack was back! I was so bummed! That happenened before the first update was done which updated the rotation time, but I don't think I got it repaired before I ran the second update.I'm sure glad I finally have ALL the house repairs done in all my families!

i had all of them done, but ive had 2 earthquakes and no floor repairs, so now i have 1 family with 2 holes in their floor now lol
