Hi I just purchased this game and I was emailed a link to download it from, but the link didn't work, it said:

Cannot download

This product is no longer available for download, this may be due to the maximum number of allowed attempts exceeded or the allotted time.
Please contact the manufacturer of the product for support.

Any ideas?

Where abouts? The main page is where I purchased it from, but the Mac download link doesn't work. I can only see options to buy (but I have already brought it) There is no option to download the game, except the demo.

I have a bug that I don't know if it's been reported yet. Sometimes when I log into a family the popups for promotions and or college comes back to back. However, say it's a child going to college followed by a promotion, the child gets credit for both events; or, one adult gets 2 promotions. When I check on the latter, it appears only one got a promotion and it only goes up one level; the other adult is still at their previously known level. Also, sometimes when I use the manuals, there doesn't appear to be any increase in level status, although they do get credit for earning money. Has either issue been addressed yet?

The first issue is a bug that was fixed in 1.00.05. The second is not a bug. The career-related magazines provide a large boost in progress at the lowest career levels, and a much smaller boost after that. That's how they are designed to work.

Thanks. I thought that was it for my second issue, but I thought I should be able to tell even a slight increase a little better.
