Thanks. Every time they tried they had a baby or two.
My other families don't seem as successful in the baby dept.

One of my families adopted this little girl that I just love. She's either jumping on the bed ( while her mother sleeps on it), banging dishes, or dancing while her mother naps on the couch.
She has the cutest moves.

All my families have 6 kids for 2 gens. One family had 6 kids when mother was only 25 (well, her second try gave us triplets :)). All, except two mothers became masters (one is on her way to it, and another couldn't make it since she suffered a lot from job infringments)

Same thing happened to my - now departed - sweet, hard working mom. Hope her children will appreciate it and carry on in her tradition! smile

I hate it when they die so young (sniff). Too bad they can't have several generations/relatives in the same house. Like grandparents. Sniff!

Six is the most children you can have.

Yeah I haven't been able to get to six kids yet. The most I've had is three and that was only twice. Most of the time it's just one or two kids. I keep trying for more but it never works out.

One of my families just had their sixth child by adoption, the wierd thing is both parents are 64 and the child is 3. Their other five children were natural, two single births, one set of triplets with the last one leaving for college when the parents were in their early fifties. My biggest problem was keeping the teens off the computer so dad could work.

Love the twists to this game!!!

I am curious-in a case such as maitoi's, the parents both will most likely pass away before this child goes off to college. When maitoi goes to choose a child to inherit the home, will this child be one of the choices? And, if so, will he/she experience rapid age syndrome and suddenly be an adult in the family tree screen, similar to the way the children who are away at college are suddenly in their 20's?

I have four families running so I know that my child will show up in the family tree screen as an adult when the parents pass on.

Yes, the child will be available and will age. Of course, you could also just keep playing the orphaned child until it grows up and leaves for college.

Jenny, the 3 yr old will most likely turn out to be the oldest when it comes time to choose the next gen. That's the way it's been with mine for the most part.
