Does all the training you do with you family carry over into the next generation? For instance if you have train someone to pick up socks or prepare meals, stuff kids can do before they go to college will they continue to do these things without training when they take over the house? I'd like to see some of our hard work carry over to the next generation including a portion of the parents work progress. Say the mother has a kitchen career and you had a child with one. If you choose that child then they would start at maybe 2 or 3 depending on how far the parents were when they died.
