how can I get more babies?
when I put a male on a female they just "go indoors" and come out.
I need babies because my villagers are growing old and will soon die.

You may try to buy a level of medicine.
and I think there is a potion that can help!

A female cant have babies after she turns 50.

Also, you will need patience. If a certain couple isn't working, try pairing them off with someone else. Just keep sending them indoors, and remember that women can't have children once they hit 50 years of age.

I started another game but I still can't get any babies I keep sending them indoors but still no babies

It's always more difficult at the beginning but you can't get too much kids when your sources of food are not unlimited. so it's better like that! And you have to be patient....

u could also try i dont know if thats a spoiler or not, but i figured better safe than sorry! i miss that in VF!!!
