It's all based on your system. If you don't know what's going on with your system or what you could mess up, you probably shouldn't do it. If you don't care, then what the hey, go ahead!

In my case I know what I'm doing and time travel doesn't hurt me or my PC at all. But I think if you don't have the confidence or knowledge to fix anything that may possibly happen... don't do it, or have your tech guy on the phone waiting.
