Yes it is very sad.

I really hated that thing of the children going to college and not even sending a "how are you guys" e-mail. I only got some e-mails of how they were in college on my 1st generation (I'm on my 3rd now).

My second generation couple died together, it was quite beautiful (if you could put it that way). I was away the whole night and when I started the game I noticed they were quite close together in bed (usually they sleep a bit apart from each other). Then the Adolfo's soul left his body, waved at me and the passing message came. Then the same thing happened to Pearl.
At least they were not left alone to suffer. They only left a 13 year-old son and I jumped to the next generation.

I think I'm not soooo sad when a generation ends cause we can play with their kids...
