As everyone, they need to be cheered and to be healthy!
So when they are working on their career,
use the green glove and also give them some candies that are as the glove in better (except the salty candy, I never used it!)
but let them having some rests and entertainments!
and also don't forget that
when you buy a new level of the place where they work, they increase their abilities faster!
