So, I've bought the encyclopedias with high hopes for some of my peeps. It hasn't been worth the price at all.

The last peep I tried to encourage to have some likes or dislikes by giving him the encyclopedia ended up liking flies. Another I tried this on liked eating, another liked snacking, etc and so on.

It doesn't appear that there are any GOOD side effects toward this purchase. I've tried it several times over hoping to get likes running or something, but to date all the peeps like things that irritate, annoy or don't matter.

i have used it quite a bit also and i mainly get things like likes grass or snacking resting, so on. i havent had any good come of it though.

I've used the encyclopedias once... and the girl wound up liking FISH! Most random thing I'd seen in the game up to then. lol

One of my boys ended up liking technology after I dropped the encyclopedias on him, but usually they "learn" goofy stuff. I'll still buy them, though, just because it's kinda fun to see how it might change the little person.
