My whole family (and first) (2 parents) with 5 kids is all grown up and gone now. I can't wait for the second generation to start, lol. Unfortunately I've only ever heard from one of the kids once since they left - just that she is at college, enjoying her classes, etc. Was just excited and wanted to share the news of getting through the first generation laugh!

Congrats! How many kids do u have? My first 3 (natural) oddly looked alike, lol. Born at diff times. Only difference is that they have different clothes and personalities. One of the kids that I adopted...she was a problem child at first, lol. Ironically enough when she got to be an older teen she was a really good kid, was constantly studying and helping around the house.

Congratulations! laugh A minor warning though -- you might be surprised to find yourself sad when the parents die, but then you'll get wrapped up in the life of the child that you pick to inherit the house and won't feel so bad.

Oh, and when the time comes for you to pick one of the five, you will be able to check each one out more than once before you have to pick one -- so it's not like at the beginning when you are adopting someone to start playing. You know, where if you don't pick that one you don't see that one again? With your five kids, you'll be able to pass one up and then go full circle back to that one if you decide to. smile
