I've been playing for about a half hour or so, today anyway.

I put my two girls on the desk, just to see what they'd do with it. Since then every few mins I'm hearing the sound that the parents make when they 'can't agree to have a baby'. I wondered if it was normal or whether my game is slightly glitched in some way.

Yea, if one of your peeps wants to use an item that only one can use (so, the little desk in the kids' bedroom) they will get into an argument. Pretty realistic, isn't it? smile

The kids argue over who gets the desk. The second one should say "no"

Sometimes that will happen if one of them is sitting in the chair in the living room reading a magazine or newspaper and another one decides they want to read a magazine or a newspaper too. They can argue about it, although most of the time the second person will just sort of look peeved and then turn to do something else.

It would be nice if two could use the kid's desk so they could play board games together or two kids could study at the same time. After all, there are two seats shown.

Actually, if anyone is sitting at the chair on the left of the desk, then you can put a child down to study in the chair on the right, and they won't argue. grin
