i just gave imported candy to a sick peep by accident (meant to give an orange) and it healed her

We were lucky with it I think, because I believe it could have adverse affects too. One lady said it aged her peep.

I've used it several times. Sometimes it had no effect I could see, but on reading this thread I suppose the peep might have got older or younger. A couple of times it acted as a "yummy" candy, with a praising effect, and another it acted in the same way as "nasty" candy, and worked in the same way as scolding. Another time it seemed to make the peep hyper, although I'm not sure.

All in all, it seems rather dangerous!

My peeps get the runs with that imported candy...nothing else. I don't buy it anymore either. Nor that fancy perfume. All they do is repeat the wedding celebration...bummer...

Does anyone else have this problem? When I give my peeps imported candy they get sick!!!

The imported candy can have a different effect each time you use if Sweetie. It's kind of unsafe to use unless you're really daring. I'll list in a spoiler button some of the things that has happened when I've used it.

I'm sure there are other effects it could have, but I didn't want to take the chance on trying it anymore and haven't in a long time.

This is why I have never used the imported candy and I never do plan on it I'd hate to gamble one of my peeps' health.. even for an experiment

I did experiment with it early on in my games but don't have any more desire to do so now that I know that it can harm them. I don't even like to scold my little peeps. I spoil them rotten! Lol!!!

My scolding glove has gone really dusty! I haven't touched the salty candies either since I learned that they do lower their happiness bars.

I did get very tempted to try the imported candy though thinking maybe that it's a better quality or something but my instincts always told me "no touchy!"

My scolding glove sits at the very bottom of my tooltray, because I accidently picked it up once when I meant to praise one of my peeps. It was one I was very close to too. So it went to the bottom of the tray and has been there since as you say, "gathering dust". Lol!!! I don't EVER intend on using it.
