when i put my ''peep'' to bed when i shut the game off he is out of bed when i get back on and is still exhausted? (i have the new version 0.5)

The game doesn't store what the peeps are doing in the savegame file. If you want them to rest at night, all you need to do is leave the game off until morning. Turning the game back on and checking on them disturbs their rest.
