Psttt... You have to give them the energy drink. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Just keep trying!

I found that it worked if I did this: I put a girl on a boy...thinking I'd get the giggle party again, but instead, the boy started doing kung fu! I tried it in different places, but it seems to work only in or in the hallway by the bathroom.

I did it without buying anything or dropping people on each other in weird places. I just encouraged simular activites like working out, stretching, and exersizing out doors. I now have one boy who does nothing but Kung Fu and eat.

For me, it just happened on its own as I was starting a new family. I didn't have to do anything. I've been playing since the soft launch and that was the first time I was seeing kung fu. Finally! My own personal status went from "a bit blue" to "elated" Still missing the latte though!

Still missing the latte though! I've got one of my mothers who is now obsessed with lattes! It just showed up one day that she was making one and I praised her. Now she's at it all the time!

I don't have a problem getting the latte's although not because of anything I do or don't do. I've just been lucky, really, because I've tried and tried picking them up and dropping them in different spots and in the same spot over and over and have never been able to get them to make a latte' but I have that one in all but one of my games -- just managed to "catch" them doing it. As far as the Kung Fu though, it's pretty much the same. I've caught several of them doing it, but not because of anything I've done. I have noticed though that the ones where I praise them while doing Quick Workouts, Workouts, Exercising Outdoors are the ones I seem to catch doing the Kung Fu -- Oh and have you guys noticed the "doing aerobics" or the "tai kwon do?" My exercise freaks like to do those too. Oh, and the stretching. Lots of different types of exercising in this game, isn't there? I have yet to buy the treadmill, but mine don't seem to need it, lol! (If I'm wrong about it being "tai kwon do" then it's something similar to that and I'm just not able to remember exactly what it says -- but I know it's not the Kung Fu I'm thinking of. They always go out back to do the Kung Fu but whatever it is that I'm thinking of, they always go out on the lawn in the front of the house to do it.)

I have one little guy who spends all of his time doing that because I was hoping it was Kung Fu and praised him.

Thanks, my memory isn't what it used to be, that's for sure. I did the SAME thing though, the first time I saw it, lol! After that, he was constantly doing that too. You know, I've pretty much learned that when I'm just starting a family to only praise the adults when they are working, making a meal and cleaning up after a meal -- otherwise it seems that they want to do anything BUT work, lol! My new theory is to wait until the second or third generation to try to get most of the trophies so that the first generation gets a good foundation set for the future generations. But it's just an experiment to see how things go. I do still praise the kids a lot though.

SPOILER (don't know how to use that secret button)
To get them to do Kung Fu, take them outside near the kids room then give them an energy drink there. Worked every time for me.

I now have one boy who does nothing but Kung Fu and eat. this worked best for me. i did like you said, then gave them the energy drink and it made the person do Kung Fu. worked twice in a row.

I have found that giving the energy drink to a younger family member one about 15 or 16 usually gets them doing kung fu.
I cannot get any of my 5 families to make a latte though. I have tried reversing night/day and playing at all different times of the day. They just want to snack.
