I have figured out that it's pointless to waste time trying to train them off watching TV. I tried an experiment where I did nothing but stuff one poor dude with the nasty candy and smack him around with the red glove, but he never took the hint. Maybe he was unusually dumb, but based on other observation, you can't train them off TV.
