Use the praise glove. Make them finish a cycle and praise them. Keep it up through a lot of cycles, watching their energy. I have one father that is still a novice while his wife is licensed and they are both 45. I have to watch him and force him to work three in a row, give him a break, then three in a row, etc. Eventually he got the message and I find him working on his own now. But its going to take time on your part too.
