I've read several comments in regards to clicking on the people in the store and other than a release mechanism for boredom, I have to say I cannot see that it accomplishes anything except ticking the little blighters off! They make a mad dash for the door and slam it shut behind them. I prefer to make up tunes on the cash register and other toned objects. I almost have the hang of jingle bells except one of the notes is flat. Can the programmers fix that please?

I've noticed the same thing. It sure doesn't make my sales go any quicker.

LOL, Personally I rather enjoy watching them get all flustered.

I tried left clicking and right clicking to see if it made any difference and I have to admit, rather than increase sales, it seems it just made me feel more involved!

Having to listen to the elevator music in the store isnt as bad when I play along with it (cant remember order-is it cash register, plant, trashcan..nevermind) but there is still a note missing. There must be something in that room I can click on ....Sheesh, I gotta get a life...

The notes in the Fish Store (the same notes that are on the Main Menu) were chosen deliberately. Here's what the composer of the game's music had to say about them:
