I have two peeps that Definatly want kids. I waited for several marriage proposals to find a spouse that went with my peep on the wants kids thingy. Now they are 40, have tried at least 7 or 8 times and even with the baby boost on both of them still no kids. This is my original house with all upgrades completed. What else would you want as far as raising a family?

Keep trying. You can try every 15 minutes (every time they 'try to make a baby', you have to wait 15 minutes to try again).

Just tried again, no baby! What happens if the adults die and never have kids? I have a family that both say Defiatly no kids and they have 4 now!

Then it's possible that it's an issue that's caused by what LadyCFII talks about here.

I have a couple that are in their late 50's now. I tried repeatedly to make babies and nothing ever happened. How old is too old to have the first baby? What happens to the game when this couple dies childless? I downloaded the update 2 days ago.

if they are in their late 50s they probably wont have children. The latest I had was 50. If you dont have children your family stopped and you need to start over.

If they are in their 50's they can still get the "adopt a kid on the doorstep" event. I've had that happen twice in different families.
If they are younger, you can try adding these things:
Baby Booster Shot
Male colone (from the varied section of the store, squarish yellow bottle)
Female perfume (from the varied section of the store, blue fancy bottle)

The colone/perfume seems to make them more willing to try, and the baby boost is suppose to make them more fertile (but the effect lessens the more times you use it, so choose carefully with it)

In two of my games I've been trying to get my peeps to make babies for some time. One family had three kids already and the other four, but I like to see a full house. I had doctor's consultations after the couples failed three times in a row, but there was no recommendation of Baby Boost.

I just tried again and the couple with four kids got twins. I then switched to the other slot, and they had twins, too! I'd only once had twins before, in my very first game.
