Hi my name I Louann and I bought the bundle package of virtual family, but the web site where i can down load the guide is no long availabe and i was wonder where i can download the gudie??? i posted the same question yesterday but i cant find it one here. im hoping i dont lose this.

I need a little more information Louann. Were you able to download the zip file at all, or did the trouble start when you tried to unzip it?

Hi Heather Im sorry I did not give you more info when i click on the link it took me to adobe reader and when I click on the button to download it I get an error message. Is there any way te guide can be sent in a email???

Which link are you clicking on, the zip file or the link to get Adobe Reader? The two are very different, and that's where the problem could be.

Look for the link that ends in .zip
