1: Have repaired the leaky hose.
2: Put the WR next to the bucket by the sandbox.
3: Drop someone onto the bucket.
After that make sure you stay RIGHT ON TOP OF THE PEOPLE until it's done. Put as many as you can on the job. They WILL tend to wander off. If they don't do it right away the compound hardens and you don't get to finish.
