SarahSmile Adviser Registered: 06/04/08 Posts: 82 Loc: Arcata, CA, USA	I asked the support crew to get my download reset yesterday, hoping I could upgrade from 1.00.02 to 1.00.04, but when I downloaded it, it was still .02.
