I don't have any luck finding bugs either. I think the maximum I have in a family is 3 now (the grasshopper, the ladybug and the caterpillar). I think the main problem with bugs is that most of them are super hard to see (like the grasshopper), so you have to start looking very carefully for them when it starts raining.
