Since I updated to the newest version sometimes when I start up the game there's absolutely no sound. It's not my speakers because I get sounds from other things. It's just the game.

I have noticed that too, it happens every now and then. Since update 4 I noticed something else, kids that go to college get a promotion. Don't know if that's something new or a glintch. The promotion comes before they go to college.

Glad I'm not the only one with this problem. The other is I have a "ghost" showerer. No one will be in the shower yet when I try to make someone not feeling fresh take a bath they refuse, saying someone's already in there. I'll then have to go through every single family member until I find the one who is suppose to be in there.

Jami, is the sound always gone? Sometimes, when I start up my VF and go to do other things, the VF window will be up, but not active, so I don't hear any sound from it. When I change to the VF window, the sound "comes on" and I can hear it just fine.

As for your ghost shower person, LadyCFII explains it well in this thread.

It's just sometimes. Not always. But if I close it and reopen it the sound will come back.
