Maybe it is just a coincidence, but poor Limbo and Franola were just shuffling around there house by themselves (he 59, she 60) so I figured, lets see if they would still "try to make a baby" and if they would, would they actually have one. Well, they will still try at that age, but I think it gave Limbo a heart attack. Sadely he passed while jumping on the bed in excitement.

But to answer her first question, I have never seen one of my lil peeps die. So I have no idea what they were doing. I think it would freak me out to see one of them die. Esp, if they were on the bed trying to have a baby.

3 of mine were lying in the bed when I turned the game on. The last one was watching wheel of fortune. He just disappeared from the couch and reappeared in the bed. I was suprised because he was almost at 100% health.

The very first one that I saw die was lying in repose when I opened my game. His poor wife had one dislike -- solitude. She was soooo sad for so long that I couldn't take it, so I finally just moved on to the next generation. I felt terrible though, like I was putting her "out to pasture" but I couldn't cheer her up no matter what I did and I just couldn't stand seeing her that way any longer. Then last night after dinner, I sat down and opened my game and the couple in my 3rd family were both lying on the bed and I thought, "Huh? That's weird!" and right as I was thinking that, their spirits rose out of their bodies and they both stood there smiling and waving goodbye to me. Kind of shocking to open the family and they are both gone at the same time! But thinking about it, at least one wasn't left alone to mourn the other, so I guess that's better.

This is weird. I opened my game to find my favorite mom lying in repose at 57. I panicked, hit the pause key and took another members advice to use the vancomycin shot on my mom to save her. Well, it saved her alright. She jumped up and was extrememly weak so I gave her the energy drink. Well she went outside to excercise, walks around doing laundry, her 'career', etc, just like when she was alive. EXCEPT she is DEAD! Her husband, her kids, all of them are in mourning and depressed, she still shows alive in the Family page, but not in the details page. I can click on her and it shows her pic and what she is doing, felling, but I cannot pick her up and no one knows she is around! I haven't closed and reopened my screen yet because I hate to say goodbye to her, but dang she's a ghost! lol.
Another one of my dads... when I opened the screen he was on the bed, sleeping, adoption page came up for a little boy. My dad changed to Lying in Repose at the same time and I tried to hit no for the adoption, but hit yes instead so now I have a 3 yr old left with an 11 yr old and a 16 yr old! I hate to hit new generation yet, but this is so weird on both of them! (finally got my 6 kids the hard way though!)

I clicked open my firt family and Gephi, husband and dad was lying on the childrens' bed, unusual, I click on him and nothing showed up, then his spirit rose, smiling and waving. I cried too. Boo-Hoo LOL! The really sad part is that the last child was 18 and about to leave for college, the mother was very depressed, moping around. I gave her candy, bananas, and then a pat with the green glove, she went to a bit blue. She is still living, I think the dog helps because she is back working and happy, she is 66.

Long time reader, first time poster here. I came across this question right after I watched my 62 year-old, Cary pass away. She was using the new BBQ grill for the first time. Suddenly she disappeared and I saw hubby Howie (63) running. I followed him to the bedroom in time to see my Cary wave good-bye. So sad!

I find most of mine on the bed already. I've only had two pass away while I was playing - one was having supper with his family and the other had just had a shower and was heading to the kitchen to make breakfast.

I felt so guilty! My gal was almost a Master, I gave her another book, candy for reward and the green glove. First thing I know she was on the bed and waving goodbye! I thought maybe I worked her to death but she WAS 61...but her health said good.

I've never seen any of them actually dying till now. They die when I'm away and I just see them lying there when I start the game again they wave goodbye. My last peep (he has just died ) sent me an e-mail the last time I was playing telling me that he was not feeling well... I gave him everything I could before I leave for work: fed him, gave him an orange, sunscreen, a hyper drink... He was 60.

I had a person who was working away at his career in the work shop. Then he came into the house, went to the bedroom, laid down on the bed, and his ghost waved goodbye.

I had one pass while on the treadmill others while weeding, cooking, taking a shower, watching the TV.. pretty much can happen anytime when their clock runs out or whatever. I like it when I come back and the kids are gone and both parents go together.
