This may be the 'duh' question of the day....

If I load this game onto a second PC:

1) Show my existing families?
2) Need to start over with 5 empty places?
3) Is it even possible to load onto a 2nd PC? Or do I need a 2nd game (another new one)?

I am filling in at my hubby's office and mostly just answering phones - so not too busy - and would love to load this game on my office PC.

You can use the game on another PC. See the FAQ.

As long as it's another computer that belongs to you, in the same household, that is. Or one that is only used by you, such as home and office.

I have no way of 'transfering' any files to my office computer as I have no email address there - I am just filling in.

What happens if I try to load this game - from this web site with my password and purchase ID # - while at my office computer?

If you have a USB flash drive (also called jump drive, thumb drive, etc.) you can put your savegame files on that to take to the office. And, yes, you can download the game from our site onto your computer, enter your activation information, and play the game (with or without copying your families from your home computer).
