Oh, I've noticed with multiple births, they're always all the same gender. I don't know how hard it would be, but if it's fairly easy, it would be nice if sometimes there was a mix. A boy & a girl, or two boys and a girl, or two girls and a boy.

Course it would be funny if we could have random surprises, a total "Jon & Kate Plus 8" moment where mom has sextuplets....
