I'm still on my first gen family, although they're down to mom (age 59) and the youngest child (age 15), and was wondering at what ages everyone else's "parents" passed away ....

I also have a cat, and have wondered how long it will be around, or if it lives forever. (Cats do, you know.) wink

My first adoptee passed at 58, and her husband passed at 61. So far, the dog seems to be sticking around wink

Only my 1st generation is gone. They went at 57 and 59. Second generation is in their early 50's so we will see soon. frown I am hoping they make it to 60 so I can get a trophy.

My oldest so far was 62. He might have been older as he died while the game was off I didn't see his age for several hours.

The pets seem to live forever so far as I can tell. One of my families is on its third generation and have a dog that started out halfway though the first generation.

60 is the oldest I have had so far, with my last two parents departing at the very same time (god bless them - they couldn't be apart), at 57.

I think the new update says it adds to the age, so I hope we can have our parents around a little longer than late 50's to early 60's as that is a bit depressing to those of us who might be closer to that age than we like to admit. laugh

I have one at 55 and I pause it when I am gone so I can make sure she doesn't get sick and die when I'm gone. I'm so glad they are living longer. I agree, it's a bit upsetting if they are close to our own ages. Real life people are living longer and longer. :-)
