I downloaded virtual families trial, but i cant play it. when i open the game it has a button where i can buy it but thats it.

Savannah, is the buy button the only one you see, or are there two more buttons?

(One should be labeled Play, and the other is Unlock)

Also, try closing that window and see if the game actually opens after that.

the buy button is the only one that is there. it says the trial expired but i never got to play it.

Savannah, did you happen to change your computer clock? Another thought is that perhaps someone in your household played the trial on the same computer before you tried to download it again.

i tried to play it right after it finished downloading. and i didn't change the clock or anything. I know there is nothing you can do because you cant be sure if i played it or not. I will just have to suffer until i get payed. I just thought you guys should know.
