It's very convenient that whenever a rare item appears on the lawn, and i dont notice it as im too busy cleaning up the piles of god knows what that appear every 15 seconds in the house, but this neighbor ALWAYS see's it, and E-mails me to hurry, he can see it from his window, after about the 4th time, i started getting creeped out , this guy does NOTHING but watch my house? All the time day and nite! he dosent miss ANYTHING! LOL

wow...CREEPY!! I only got that e-mail one time...it was a trick though there was no collectible

I got that several times. The last time, nothing was there.

My neighbor sent me a hammock! He said he "had an extra and wanted to know if I minded if he stored it in my yard". Of course I don't mind! :-)

I have to say something, NEIGHBOORS ARE JERKS!!! Once one of them asked me to put up a bird house in my area, and they took the money to make the bird house out of my money! Stpid neighboors. >:P

I've had the birdhouse event, the hammock event, and the email from the neighbor about rare collectibles about 50 times. Originally, I found the collectibles every time, but I haven't found one the last 10 times he sent that email.

i hate that guy, i wish he'd watch his own yard!

I like having a heads up on the collectables, and the free upgrades, but I agree that the neighbour is a FREAK! Can't we just meet him once for all his stalking us?
