So far, I've noticed that there are more actions and my little friends don't get as tired as often. Plus my 52 year old wife in the game has become a workaholic now that she is at level 4. Still trying to get the husband to level 3, though...he's supposed to be a workaholic (The wife isn't), but you'd never know it.
