1. When I upgraded the kitchen the upgrade covered most of the door on that side.

2. When starting a new generation the children's age order is reversed. The youngest will be the oldest and so on. I'm wondering if it's a glintch, or if the creators did this on purpose. I'd sure like to know, as this seems really strange.

3. I accidently mated the father with the daughter that looked like mother...:( oh this shouldn't happen. The good thing is that when they mated the mother is the one that carried the baby. smile REALLY STRANGE!

I found a troublesome glitch is my very first family. Sometimes when you praise someone, it acts like the punishment glove--they run away. I just now "praised" a lazy woman for finally agreeing to work, and she ran out of the workshop! I usually use fruit, but these folks don't have much money.

1. I don't understand what you mean here. Can you explain further, or attach a screenshot?

2. When transitioning to a new generation the kid's ages are changed to roughly the same as that of your original adoptee. I think it's random what actual age shows on the adoption screen, so the fact the kids' ages were reversed is probably a coincidence. This is to allow kids who were 17 or under at the time of transition to be able to marry, and also so that the older kids can be chosen and still have a fairly fully married life ahead of them; otherwise they might be 40 or so and be passed over.

3. I know this is a bug that Barbara has said will be corrected in a future release.

Whimsey: If you praise a peep too often they'll tell you to stop nagging, and run away.

OK, I'll start at the bottom and work my way up! laugh

The running away is not a glitch. If you praise a peep too many times, they will complain that you're nagging. Watch the blue message area above their action, and you'll see what they're telling you. smile

The "out of order" ages at transition time is not a glitch, either, but you could say that it's not necessarily the best design choice if you're looking for realism. The children's ages, occupation, and desire for children is randomized when you press the transition button. Since the children's ages can vary widely, the game puts them in an age range that is right for starting out on their own. The family birth order is not maintained. That can lead to what you're seeing with the ages.

The bug with parent/child breeding was fixed in the 1.00.02 update.

Lewanda, can you provide a screen shot of the kitchen problem? We have not seen that. If you're not sure how to do that, you can see detailed procedures here.

I've got a weird glitch since upgrading to version 1.00.02. My shed covers up the top left side of the screen. I've attached a screenshot showing the problem.

Please post that screen shot, if you don't mind. Just so you know, support requests with bug reports come to me, anyway, so you can save yourself some time by just posting here. laugh
