my kid is 15 and he isnt doing any work or anything, when is he supposed to be starting work and getting married? My wife and husband are turning 58 are they going to die and the kid get the house? anyone get this far yet?

The kids go off to college. If the parents die before he does.... he will age instantly.

Your child will go off to college at age 18. Once the parents die, you can have any one of your children take over the house, at which point they will have a career and can start a family of their own.

Not if you don't choose to move to the next generation. My youngest was left alone at about age 6. He is now 16 and getting along fine with his cat.
