I had a lady who, after turning down about 20 marriage proposals, finally accepted one. Only problem was, she "definitely" wanted kids, but he said "no way!"

Well, the VERY FIRST time they did the deed, they got triplets!! So sorry, daddy-o, but I guess she REALLY did want kids, even if you didn't. LOL

Now I'm curious... what made this guy 'The One'?

Nothing in particular. She just decided to stop turning them away. This one had a similar income level and career to her own. And he wasn't bad looking either, hehe. She did hesitate because he didn't want kids, but decided she might be able to convince him otherwise. Now he is stuck with 4 women (triplets are girls).

Yea it is! My husband and I have two daughters plus my sister lives w/ us and even the dog is a girl! So that is a lot like real life ha!

She really turned down 20? I was wrrying because my guy has turned down 3 so far. They just are not quite the right one. I am hoping tomorrow the right girl will appear. Cross your fingers, toes and eyes! LOL!

This family just had another girl. Poor guy has 5 woman after him now, hehe!

Well, my family (mentioned above) now has a full house--the triplet girls, then another girl, then 2 boys (not twins). The triplets are 13 now, so will be going off to college in a few more years (probably tomorrow real time). I really wish we could follow families on, other than the one who inherits the house. It would be fun to see how many grandchildren these parents end up with from their 6 kids. So much for the dad who said "no way" to kids. He is elated every time a new one comes along now. I guess she really did change his mind, lol.

Your people can reject marriage offers on their own? I thought the player controlled whether or not they got married.

Well no they can't, but she--with my input--rejected them.
