Here is my memorial:
Juliette and Apollo had died side by side. Allthough Apollo was saddened to see his love dying, he found himself relieved too, for dear Juliette had suffered hard times; she would now be relieved from her pain.
And so, without thinking, Apollo laid down beside his beloved and cried like a child, even though he was not a week over sixty...
With a heavy heart, he realized this was his time, too. He could not bear the thought of life anymore... Without Juliette, he was lost, torn, and heartbroken...
Juliette's face was sadly smiling... a face that clearly stated one thing: she had wanted to say one last goodbye, but death had reached her first.
With one last, gratefull look at the world, Apollo said his thanks.
" For my children, Merissa & Alice, for my happy times, and, finally, for Juliette." And, with one last tear trickling down his face; with one last smile; Apollo peacefully passed away.
Juliette and Apollo waved one last goodbye, then floated away, drifting, smiling, remembering. In memory of:
Juliette & Apollo.
They will always be remembered.
They will always be loved.
They will always be celebrated.
R.I.P.
It was the waving goood-bye that got me...and now the family is depressed.
