I got the trophy for "Bringing Home the Bacon" which was supposed to have added 1K to my bank account, but my dollar amount in the bank didn't change. Is this a bug or am I missing something? Thanks in advance for any help.

I think that it when your people have earned 1k in one way or another, I'm not sure that it gives you that amount. i.e you've earnt that through work, events etc.

it means you have earned 1000 total during all gameplay so you shouldnt have anything added for the trophy

Right, it's just telling you that you've earned 1K...it doesn't actually give you 1K.

And this is accumulative, so though you got the trophy, you may not actually have 1K in the bank.
