I was just wondering if there is anyway of making a family member sick. I've been playing for a week or two and things have gotten boring lol I know its sounds bad but I wanna know what playing doctor feels like lol

As for your question, there's no way to purposefully make someone sick.

If you really want to deal with sickness, your best approach would be to neglect your peeps - without food and proper care, they will succumb to illness more often.
